Each game is  $25 per person plus all applicable taxes.

You should arrive 15-20 minutes before the time your game is scheduled to start. This will allow for signing of waivers, getting lockers for storing belongings, and going through our introductory video.

Due to the level of difficulty of problem solving in the room, we recommend participants be 13 years of age or older.  If you have younger children and wish for them to join you, please reserve the whole room for your family so that everyone is comfortable.  Children 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult 18 or older in the room. 17 year olds may play without an adult in the room, but someone over 18 must sign a waiver for them. Please stop by to do so or call to have one emailed to you to fill out.

If you call us at least 24 hours before your scheduled game time, we will offer a refund. Without a 24 hour notice, no refunds or credits will be given and your game cannot be rescheduled.

Our games are always private, so you will only play with people in your group.

Our rooms might be described as “creepy” due to storyline and decor used to immerse players in the theme, but the games aren’t scary. We don’t have anyone in the room to jump out and scare you.

We recommend reservations to guarantee your group has a game to play. Reservations can be made on our website or by calling us at 318-664-0016.

We are located in the 28 West Shopping Center and have adequate parking in front of our building.

We have had claustrophobic players enjoy the game and have not experienced any issues. Personal experiences may vary depending on the individual’s degree of claustrophobia.  The rooms can be left at any time during the game for any reason.

Escape rooms are a great and unique idea for parties as well as corporate team building events! Though we don’t offer a party/conference room, we can utilize the lobby area if reservations are made on a non-business day.

You can purchase gift certificates through our website. Escape room vouchers make great gifts for birthdays, graduations, or “just because”.

Yes.  Keep in mind, however, that the games may require players to bend low and reach high. If one of your team members is in a wheelchair, please call us so we can discuss this with you and let you know which of our games would be best suited for your needs.

Pregnant women are welcome to play–a chair can be placed into the game for resting upon request.

There is very little physical activity required.  You must be able to walk a few steps, bend down, reach up, push and pull doors, lift objects that weigh less than five pounds and manipulate locks.

If you would like a private party, you would need to purchase all spots in the room. This may also be done on non-business days. Please give us a call or email us about any non-business day bookings.
